Nancy Dreszler

Agency Director

Agency Director, Nancy Dreszler, is responsible for leading SSA in a manner that supports and guides the organization’s mission as defined by the Board of Directors.

Nancy joined SSA in 2013 and was named Agency Director in February 2022. Nancy’s years of experience in the private sector as a Human Resources Manager helps her employ managerial expertise and sensitivity in making sure the agency runs smoothly and efficiently.

Stephanie Krachenfels

Case Manager

Case Manager, Stephanie Krachenfels, is responsible for managing all aspects of SSA’s client caseload including determining eligibility, providing agency services and referrals.

Stephanie joined SSA as Case Manager in March 2022. Stephanie holds a Master's Degree in Social Work and has been committed to working with children and families for over 15 years. Her goal is to help empower families as they take steps to achieve financial stability.
